Facility Management Department is one of the support services is UiTM that responsible for as a service delivery system and the maintenance of university facilities. This service delivery system supports the aspiration to become a world-class university and in line with the development of teaching and learning to enhance the competitiveness of the University.

- To produce customers' satisfaction when dealing with report established the standards.
- To ensure maintenance is performed from time to time as the campus needs to take precedence.
- To plan the development process that needs to be made in line with the era's circulation and technology development.
- To make priority on safety and quality.
PARTIAL QUALITY OBJECTIVES
